An account was created in my name without any notice to me. I discovered it only after looking at my bank statement. Not sure how they got my information, but I managed to shut down the account after the Customer Service Chat helped me reset the password I tried to set myself.

I can't believe the variety of features offered on SmartTrader for all types of traders. I began with a free account and later upgraded to the prime plan. The folks at SmartTrader are fantastic! I've utilized the help guides and reached out with questions. Every time, I've managed to get the answers I needed. Much appreciated!

This tool is straightforward to operate, and it offers all the essentials. After trying out a few different platforms, I really appreciate being able to see multiple worksheets simultaneously. It lets you check out the same trade on various charts, helping you make a well-informed decision.

I had high expectations for this software since it was recommended by Market Traders. Unfortunately, the program is quite glitchy and you end up paying for everything. They showcase a bunch of indicators and systems, but you can only access them if you purchase MTI's package. They really push you to sign lengthy contracts right away. Feels like they just copied Trading View, in my opinion. Not sure if Market Traders is behind them or if Trading View has any ties. I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but it turned into a big hassle since it was bundled with my MTI payments. Overall, I'm really let down. I even had to threaten a chargeback, but thankfully, I got my money back the next day.
